Charles has tried four Jury Trials in the past Three Years.

If I am elected, my top priorities will be as follow:

Make sure Meth dealers get not less than 10 years in prison.
It is time to play hardball.

Save taxpayers money.
I will try my own cases. I will not hire out of town attorneys to do my trial work.
Diversion fees will be used to purchase police equipment rather than pay prosecutor salaries.
Collect delinquent child support to reduce the tax payer strain on public assistance.

Support parental discipline.
No parent should ever fear the legal consequences of disciplining a child. When children had a healthy respect for the paddle and a bar of soap (Lifeboy?) we did not have the problems we have with children today. I actually know the difference between discipline and abuse.
If I don't believe a jury would convict, then I will not prosecute.

Exercise common sense when making charging decisions and offering pleas.
There have been too many honest citizens having to defend themselves and too many criminals walking away with a slap on the wrist.
Prosecute the guilty, protect the innocent, and know the difference.
